Animal Communication

Picture
Have you ever wanted to know what your animal friends (domestic or wild) might be thinking or feeling?  An animal communicator can tap into the universal language of all beings, called telepathy, and communicate with animals.

When we look at the roots of the word "telepathy,"  it means "feeling across a distance." Telepathic communication allows for the direct transmission and reception of feelings, intentions, thoughts, mental images, emotions, impressions, sensations, and pure knowing. Animals may  communicate through physical action and their own complex languages and they also communicate telepathically, both between each other and to humans. People receive the messages to the degree they are listening, can tune in, or are perceptive to them.  For example a mother often knows her child is in distress even though she may be miles away; that message has been transmitted and
received telepathically.

Some humans and all non-human animals telepathically communicate and it is an inborn ability of all beings. From childhood most people in this culture are socially conditioned  to disallow telepathic communication, and so they lose or forget the ability.  People who are sensitive, receptive and attentive can recover, develop or increase their own ability, to mentally communicate with other species.

For those people who love animals, animal communicators can boost the understanding, joy and richness possible in relationships with their animal companions, and help to resolve problems and issues that may be occurring on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

What to expect

A consultation with Beccy is an opportunity for direct two-way telepathic communication with your animal companions. You can get questions answered about issues you might be having with your animal friends. You can learn to understand their viewpoints better, how they think, what they do and don't understand, and how to treat them to create more cooperation and better companionship in working or living together.

Perhaps you simply want to know how your animal feels about a new arrival in your household or maybe your four legged friend has developed an unusual or unacceptable behavior that needs to be understood or addressed.  An animal communicator can assist with some health issues and often works in tandem with your veterinarian. Maybe you want to know and understand from their perspective if it is their time to go and whether they want help leaving this world.  Animal communication can also be used to gain information from and to help to soften grief by touching in with our animals who have passed away.

Sometimes people say, "oh you're an animal psychic," and they think I know everything about animals or, worse yet, they think I'll "see" something about them personally. Psychic comes from the word "psyche," meaning "soul" or "spirit." Telepathic communication is a soul or heart connection with the spirit of animals-their essence or true self including their perceptions, thoughts, purposes, values, understanding, and other mental and spiritual qualities. It is no different than a heart-to-heart discussion with another human, where both people are really present to and understand each other.  While I can usually perceive a lot about the animal from the initial connection, I do not necessarily know specifics of their feelings and lives until I ask about them. To honor your privacy and your safety, please understand that I have no desire to know purposeless details about your personal life and I am not tuning into that channel (metaphorically speaking), only your animals.

A consultation can be done either in person or long distance.  If it's long distance, it will be very helpful for you to have first sent via e-mail or phone text, a picture of your animal friend, then we will talk on the phone.  Before doing any work, I introduce myself to the animal and ask permission to work with him/her.

The whole process looks something like this:  Whether our appointed time together is in person or long distance it is sort of a 3-way conversation with each of us interacting, gathering information and asking questions, so it works best if your animal friend is calm and alert.  First, I'll need some basic information about your animal buddy i.e., a) name, b) breed or species, c) description d) age, e) how he/she came to be in your family, f) how long they have been with you, g) if there is a physical issue, have they recently seen a vet, etc.  At the top of this page there is a brief form with some of the questions I'll be asking.

Second, we will talk about the issue(s) at hand and formulate some specific questions you might have for your animal or me. There will probably be even more questions after the session begins but it is good to have already the initial questions written down to make sure they are addressed. If you'd like to use your recorder, that is an even better way to review and process the consultation.

I can tune in with your animal friends and find out basic matters like how they feel about life, their purpose, concern, attitude, or enjoyment, but a consultation is facilitated by you asking specific questions that are important to you. Animal companions may not answer your areas of concern unless you focus your attention on them. Questions about health, attitudes, behavior, environment—past, present, future, are all welcome. So, at the time of our appointment, please have all your questions ready.

If a health issue is the concern, I would first want to know if he/she has seen a veterinarian.  My ability to comprehend or put into context what the animal is saying is increased if I first have your information about a health or behavior problem. Then, I can get the animal's viewpoint about it, which may be very different than what you think or may fill in the picture of what you or others intuit. Just asking "what's wrong with this horse, dog, cat?" won't necessarily be productive, especially if they don't feel anything is wrong with them or have no immediate pain or stress. A confrontational attitude creates mental discord, and wasting time and energy.  An open heart and mind creates receptivity from all concerned is the key to maximum benefit from a consultation.

During and after the communication, if it is warranted, I will make suggestions and recommendations to both you and your animal. Perhaps a referral to a behaviorist or an appropriate trainer or veterinarian will be needed. Often just having each others viewpoints understood shifts both animal and human attitudes and behaviors into a place of ease and cooperation.

A session is usually about an hour and sometimes a bit longer.  If follow up time or communication with your veterinarian is needed, rest assured I will be there for both you and your animal friend.

Animal Communication plus Shamanic Healing

If you would like shamanic work done for your animal friend then the procedure varies slightly with regard how a session transpires.  The foundation is the same except we incorporate the format, principles and healing work done as described for people on my Shamanic Session page.

I then convey the information to both you and the animal.  The rest of the process is similar to what it is like with people with the exception that you will need to help them afterwards with integration through your intentions, interactions with them, and giving them any recommended support (flower essences, stones, crystals, etc.)  Most animals are very receptive and integrate naturally and easily with this very healing process.

Be assured that my intention with any work done will be in alignment with the animals training, it's nature, and the needs of you and your family.

This type of session usually means we need to allot about 1.5-2 hours for our time together. Also with this type of session I record the entire conversation and journey and then send you a copy via email as an MP3 file.
