Ceremony - Honoring past, present, and future

Picture
History shows that our ancestors had many ceremonies, to not only celebrate special events and holy-days, but also to acknowledge and honor distinguished acts of integrity, kindness, valor and wisdom.

Our modern culture provides  ceremonies for marriage, birth, death, and graduation, but many important rites of passage are ignored, including divorce, letting go of careers, promotions, life transitions etc.  Ceremony gives us the opportunity to share in and support the gifts that our peers, children, elders, community, animals and nature have to offer.

All Ceremony is co-created to meet your needs:
New home or work place: gathering personal energy from the old and imprinting it into the new.

Blessing and clearing: land, home, office, storage place, work space, vehicle, objects -clearing out old energy that does not serve you and blessings to meet your intentions.

Dissolving relationship
: friendship, divorce, business - acknowledging and releasing the past; opening to the present and future possibilities.

Animal care: communication, birth, new family member, healing, life passage.

Change of seasons: Winter Solstice, Vernal Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox; remembering and honoring what each season brings to us and how we might live in harmony with them, therefore creating more balance within ourselves, our community and our planet.

Other: Any other possibilities of your choosing.

When humans participate in ceremony, they enter a sacred space. Everything outside of that space shrivels in importance. Time takes on a different  dimension. Emotions flow more freely. The bodies of participants become filled with the energy of life, and this energy reaches out and blesses the creation around them. All is made new; everything becomes sacred.

Dove - Peace. The peace symbolized by Dove is that of the deepest kind. It quiets our worried and troubled thoughts, and allows us to find renewal in the silence of mind. In such moments of stillness we are able to appreciate simple blessings.
